How it works

• Apply: you apply for one of our roles with Easy Apply on kerjaanremote.com.
• Review: our team reads your application in KerjaanRemote Interview.
• Invite: if your profile fits, the app emails you a private booking link.
• Book: you pick a free time. You can change or cancel it up to 2 hours before.
• Meet: you get a calendar invite with a Google Meet link, and we talk.
• Decision: we email you our decision, whatever it is.

Who uses it

Only KerjaanRemote's own recruitment team signs in, with a username and password. Candidates use the private link from their email. They never sign in, and they never connect their Google account.

Why it uses Google

Our team connects one company Google account so the app can do three things:

• Google Calendar and Meet: create a "KerjaanRemote Interviews" calendar and put each interview on it with a Meet link. The app can only touch the calendar it created.
• Free/busy check: warn our team when a new interview time clashes with the team's calendar. It sees only busy or free, never what the event is.
• Gmail send: send candidates their interview emails. It can only send. It can't read the inbox.

The app doesn't sell Google data, use it for ads or use it to train AI. Its use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your data

The app only uses what you sent us with Easy Apply (name, email, CV and the role) and the interview time you pick. What we keep, for how long, and how to ask us to delete it is in our Privacy Policy. Using KerjaanRemote is covered by our Terms of Use.
