Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and debug web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python for backend development.
- Create responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Assist in integrating frontend components with backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Learn and work with modern frameworks and tools as required by project needs.
- Document work processes and progress regularly.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Python, with knowledge of web frameworks like Flask or Django being a plus.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including modern ES6+ features).
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js is advantageous.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how to consume them.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Awareness of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a bonus.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability for the duration of the internship.
- A portfolio of relevant projects or examples of past work (GitHub/portfolio link preferred).
